Cloudflare, Inc. (NYSE: NET) surged over 4% to $53.97 in early trading session on Tuesday as the firm will disclose financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2022 after the close of the U.S. market on Thursday, November 3, 2022. At 2:00 p.m., Cloudflare will have an investor conference call. The findings will be discussed at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time (Pacific time).

Stock of Cloudflare (NET) surged from previous session after a brokerage upgraded it to overweight ahead of its third-quarter results announcement on November 3.
