A leading technology services and consulting company, Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT) (NSE: WIPRO) announces the launch of its new Amazon Web Services (AWS) Skills Guild at AWS re:Invent 2022. The AWS Skills Guild is a comprehensive enablement program for major companies that focus on developing cloud skills through the integrated delivery of AWS learning opportunities. Wipro Step Up will transform the way employees engage with clients on their AWS Cloud journeys by utilizing the AWS Skills Guild framework.

Senior VP and Global Head of Ecosystems and Partnerships, Wipro Limited, Jason Eichenholz stated that as the world continues to develop and the cloud becomes the cornerstone for corporate success, we are doubling down on strategic partnerships to assist our clients achieve their business goals and generate new competitive advantage in a quickly changing world. Our Skills Guild expands on our existing cloud capabilities and extends our AWS expertise to assist clients in maximizing the return on their AWS Cloud investments.

The AWS Skills Guild will provide technical specialists throughout Wipro with the AWS Cloud competences required to foster deeper interaction with clients, building on Wipro FullStride Cloud Services’ cloud domain experience. The initiative will change the way Wipro workers interact and collaborate with customers, assisting them in building future-proof businesses and driving continual innovation on AWS Cloud.

The Vice President of Training and Certification, AWS Inc, Maureen Lonergan stated that Cloud adoption enables a company to grow, scale, and innovate with greater agility, and it drives a culture shift that affects departments throughout an organization. Wipro is cultivating a culture in which skilled employees are empowered to innovate faster, experiment more, translate customer needs into technical solutions, and drive broad-scale digital transformation across the organization.

The Step Up AWS Skills Guild will begin in December 2022 and will eventually be pushed out to all employees, dramatically expanding the number of AWS Certified personnel.
