Ideanomics’ (NASDAQ:IDEX) Electric Motorcycles Single Order Will Valued At Over $2 Million; G20 Bali Summit

Energica’s largest single order to date is valued at over $2 million.

Energica Motor Company CEO, Livia Cevolini said, when G20 delegates arrive in Bali, they will be greeted and escorted by an Energica security team. As a result, their initial exposure will be to zero-emission, high-performance automobiles in operation. His aim is that each participant remembers this experience during the summit and in all conversations about climate change and transportation.

The Energica bikes will be used by the Indonesian National Police (Poiri) to accompany all international government representatives attending the summit. Indonesia will be the first country in the Asia-Pacific region to run an electric motorbike fleet, confirming its commitment to putting 2 million electric vehicles on the road by 2025.

Energica has entered into a partnership with UTOMOCORP, one of Indonesia’s top car retail and distribution corporations. The motorcycles will be delivered to the Indonesian police force in early November, according to the two firms.

Denny Utomo, CEO of UTOMOCORP, added that UTOMOCORP is pleased to be able to give the most modern electric motorbike to the Indonesian government for use as a police vehicle. Energica has been evaluated for quality and technology, and it is consistent with UTOMOCORP’s commitment to offering quality and cutting-edge goods in step with current advancements. This is only the beginning, and he hope that in the future they will be able to provide additional goods for both general and particular requirements.

Ideanomics and Energica have collaborated to develop the new Experia motorbike, expand Energica’s worldwide dealership network and manufacturing capacity, and create the Energica Inside business unit to assist more sectors in electrifying quicker.
